Residential | Complete Remodel with Additions in Montecito, CA
We don’t share our before and after shots, but this beautiful Montecito home has been completely transformed. The couple wanted a place to play with their kids and friends for the weekends and a month of summer. We also added a musician’s writing studio. We gutted the hillside and added two bedrooms and a guest hang out room with a Murphy Bed for extra guests.
The recent renovation of the kitchen and primary bath are included. The bathroom and kitchen both remain updated and more modern with nods to traditional Spanish style architecture. All Tiles are handmade in Santa Barbara and Ojai.
We completely renovated the writing studio and top floor of the house. We designed all lighting except for the Dining room chandelier (Paul Ferrante), and used modern and fanciful fabrics with more serious Mediterranean furniture to add light and depth to the home.
