Tower Design approached the property as a private residential enclave rather than a conventional hotel. The interiors needed to feel elevated and memorable while remaining relaxed enough for guests to settle in comfortably after a day on the course. Every choice was guided by ease, privacy, and an understated sense of refinement.
Clean-lined furnishings and tactile materials create rooms that feel modern without austerity. Comfortable seating, considered lighting, carefully selected artwork, and layered textures provide warmth and character without unnecessary formality. The result is an atmosphere that feels polished but never overly arranged.
The surrounding desert became the foundation for the interior palette. Soft mineral tones, sand-inspired neutrals, and natural textures reflect the landscape, while concentrated accents of color recall spring wildflowers and the unexpected vibrancy of a desert oasis. These details give the guest rooms and shared spaces a distinct sense of place without resorting to predictable regional motifs.
The intimate scale of the property allows the experience to remain highly personal. Interiors support the natural rhythm of each stay—early mornings on the course, quiet afternoons, informal gatherings, and private moments of rest. Throughout, the design balances exclusivity with ease, creating a destination that feels welcoming to members while remaining private and removed from the atmosphere of a larger resort.
