We renovated this tiny cabin, moving and expanding the tiny kitchen, replacing that with the primary bath, added a master bedroom, an upstairs all purpose room, an extra bath and expanded the living and dining areas, and a garden and a pool and multiple outdoor seating areas. New landscaping and fencing added to the privacy for weekend getaways.
Once remodeled, the house was bought, furnishings and all by passers-by who could not live without it.
