Residential | Venice, CA Walk Street Gut and Remodel
This four-story Venice Walk Street home is one that we did a partial renovation five years ago. In this phase, we gutted and remodeled the kitchen and all baths, replaced floors, windows, fireplaces, decks and purchased all new furnishings.
The photos include a separate guest unit and a super cool roof deck. Tower Design purchased and placed all furnishings and art, much of it vintage or custom made. We purchased primarily European goods, focusing on authentic mid-century modern pieces from Denmark, Germany and Japan.
