We gutted and modernized two of the Beaconsfield Terraces Historic Townhouses originally built by Eugene R. Knapp in 1891, known then as the Marguerite Terrace. These Chateauesque-style masonry building are quintessential Boston’s Brookline neighborhood.
We created two luxurious units that have been beautifully transformed with high-end finishes, in-unit elevators, high ceilings, beautiful woodwork, moldings and finishes and multiple fireplaces. Open concept living, elegant eat-in kitchen with marble island, large family room, gym, 8+ bedrooms, six full and two half bathrooms. We decorated one of the units for a celebrity sports star.
