A few blocks for the town lift, and in the center of historical Park City UT downtown, this little Historic Registry House is now a gem with three stories. The house was jacked up and two bedrooms, a hot tub deck, a sitting area, bath and laundry and ski entrance were added. A top story utilizing the original roof line was added to the top with the addition of a master bedroom, sitting room and master bath.
The owner loves red and wanted a cheerful and primary color focused interior. We achieved this by using modern neutrals throughout. We used grays and blues to offset the brightness and kept the baths and finishes in warm earth tones. We created the majority of the wall paintings. The fireplace mantle is an existing beam from the original foundation. All work was approved by the Historical Architectural commission in Park City, Utah.
