1927 BEAUX ART HISTORIC RENOVATION

commercial | Beaux Art

This building was the kind of beautiful classic bank building that I remember going into as a child. It had been occupied by no fewer than ten different companies who had placed myriad poorly designed modernizations over the top of the structure when we began the project. We stripped those and kept the bones of the classic style and added ultra modern work stations, a modern kitchen, coffee stations, 10 back offices, copy rooms, etc.

We used the vaults as a ping pong room and library and steel and glass doors for conference rooms and private offices. The large lamps act as sound buffers and add a soft beautiful light to the interior and Italian leather furniture and custom rugs made from sustainable materials.
