A first and top floor were added to this little Historic Registry House In Park City, Utah. The house was jacked up and two bedrooms, a sitting area, bath and laundry and ski entrance were added. A top story mimicking the original roof line was added to the top with the addition of a master bedroom, sitting room and master bath.
The owner loves red and wanted a cheerful and quite colorful interior. We achieved this by using modern neutrals throughout. We used grays and blues to offset the brightness and kept the baths and finishes in warm earth tones. We created the majority of paintings. The fireplace mantle is an exiting beam from the original foundation.
